“Happy wife, happy life” is a saying that many men live by, so what better way to make your wife or girlfriend happy than to get her the perfect gift for Christmas?
When it comes to the ladies, some love heartfelt gifts while others love money. According to social media over 80 percent of women would rather have an expensive gift over a less costly one. So that leaves us with a question: what do you get your significant other when they fall in either category for Christmas? Heartfelt gifts can be anything, for example, flowers, her favorite candy, or a card, or even something personalized with their initial or name. The more expensive gifts can be clothing, electronics, or even taking her to her favorite place to eat. The key to making a woman happy is to give her exactly what she wants when it comes to gifts. So what men should do is figure out what their lady likes best and go from there. This can be done by asking her questions or even asking her friends and family what she’s into if you want to surprise her. According to Whitney Scott, a Belleville High School student, “If I had a boyfriend I would want him give me flowers.”
Ashlyn, another student at BHS, stated, “I would rather have my boyfriend buy me some expensive clothes.”
Overall, finding out what your girl is into, which you can do by gaining information from the people closest to her, is going to give you the best chance of getting the perfect gift for your that special lady in your life, which will give you the result of a happier relationship.
