After 25 years of dedicated service to the Belleville School District, 15 at Belleville High School and 10 at Edgemont Elementary, Mrs. Trevorrow is saying goodbye to her daily duties and stepping into a well-earned retirement. Her next chapter will be filled with travel and treasured time spent with her children and grandchildren.
To those who have worked alongside her, Mrs. Treverrow has been more than just the school secretary. She has been a constant, reliable presence—a quiet strength at the center of the school’s daily rhythm. From the smallest details to the biggest challenges, she’s been the go-to person who always knew how to make things work.
Mrs. Babik shared, “Mrs. Trevorrow, you make the office run like no other. You are like the Mom of the school first person you see and the last one at the end of the day. You’re special and there won’t be another Secretary like you. You make the school run smooth like no other. I hope your next chapter of your journey is everything you hope it should be. Good luck to you and thank you for everything you’ve done for us all. I will miss you along with everyone else.”
An anonymous colleague echoed that sentiment: “Mrs. Trevarrow has been a constant in keeping BHS running smoothly, handling the very small, seemingly insignificant issues to very large ones daily. She always has the answer to any question, if not right away, then soon after. Her absence will be felt, but we all wish her health and happiness in her next life’s journey.”
As staff and students prepare to say goodbye, one thing is clear: Mrs. Trevorrow’s legacy of kindness and dependability will always be remembered.
Thank you, Mrs. Trevorrow, you will be deeply missed.
