Belleville High School hosted its annual Homecoming football game against John Glenn High School the Tigers won 28-23 on Friday, October 11, 2025. The stands were filled with students and parents wearing orange and black to show their school spirit.
During halftime, you could feel the tension of who was going to win homecoming queen and king. The candidates for Homecoming Queen were Claire Davis, Kaylee Rupnow, Addisyn Means, Allie Horchem, Morgan Sampson, Isabella DeLibera, and Abigail Heringhausen. The Homecoming candidates for king were Joseph Harper, James Graves, Samvith Lanka, Owen Lommerse, Edward Henry, Lucas Bryan, and Braylon Hubbard.
After the crowd was waiting patiently, Morgan Sampson and Braylon Hubbard were crowned Homecoming Queen and King. Morgan said, “When they called my name, it felt like a dream. All the love, support, and memories of high school came rushing in at once. I’ll never forget that moment.” Braylon said, “Honestly, I just felt so blessed to have amazing family and friends who love me so much to give me this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity .”
