Belleville High School has welcomed a new college advisor for the 2024/25 school year, Ms. Anya Fuller. Ms. Anya is here to help everyone with their post-graduation journey.
Ms. Anya is here to assist everyone with their college preparation and application process; such as determining a good match / fit school, completing applications, filing FAFSA, and transitioning to school. She can also provide resources for students who want to go to a community college, do a trade, enter the workforce, military, or take a gap year. It is her passion to help students pave the path to where they are meant to be; Ms. Anya chose to become a college advisor because she wants to help change lives and to motivate students to go in the right direction.
Ms. Anya Fuller recently graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelor’s in Public Relations and is a previous Belleville High School graduate. During her time in college she studied abroad in London, England for two weeks and enjoyed the experience of being in a different place. She is the youngest of 4 siblings, and enjoys creating content. Ms. Fuller says, in regards to being a BHS graduate, “Going from graduating from BHS to now being a part of the staff is surreal. Most of the teachers / staff are still here from four years ago which I find to be really cool. It’s nice to be back in the place that contributed to my growth.”
Ms. Anya believes that anyone can do anything. If you have a dream or a vision for your life you need to go for it. Be consistent and disciplined and always believe in yourself. She says, “Every day is a chance to be great. Be the change you want to see in the world. YOU GOT THIS!”
